BREATH WORK

We have the power to regulate our nervous system by the ways we breathe.
Practicing breathwork regularly has been used to regulate trauma responses, process emotions, boost immunity, and heal the body.
This class is an introduction of diaphragmatic breath-pattern designed to connect mind, body, and spirit; teaching you how to purposefully use your breathing to shift your mental state, and therefore also the physiological state of the body, it’s functions, and the spiritual connection between them.
This can be a deeply moving process to help cultivate peace of mind, lasting feelings of joy, contentment, integrate lessons learned re-program old mindsets, and release negative beliefs, or sabotaging behaviors.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Try not to eat a large meal beforehand.
Please do not wear heavy perfume, cologne or fragranced products of any kind.
Avoid mood altering substances beforehand such as caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, THC, etc.
Bring a blanket, pillow, & yoga mat for your comfort.
Enjoy complimentary infused water before and house beverages, while (optionally) breathing on our Aromatherapy Oxygen Bar afterwards.
