Our salt room can seat 4, but sessions are never interrupted to add guests. Room features chromotherapy lighting (ambiance with therapeutic value!) and is entirely salt from floor to ceiling! Sessions are booked in 15 minute intervals. Full sessions are 45 minutes. During, medicinal grade sodium chloride is dispersed as a micron sized particle; a natural expectorant promoting detoxification, cellular hydration, and inflammation reduction. Excellent for symptoms associated with allergies, asthma, any chronic or acute respiratory trouble, skin problems, joint pain, fatigue and so much more!

While at the bar, enjoy locally made Kombucha on draft, a living mycelium tea, CBD-infused beverage, or one of our other house specialties to bring even more benefits to your body.
